Sanome Secures New Funding Round Led by THENA Capital and Appoints Esther Reynal de St Michel Richardot to Board

Sanome, a health technology company focused on enabling earlier, more proactive clinical decision-making, today announced the close of its latest funding round, led by THENA Capital. The company also confirmed the appointment of Esther Reynal de St Michel Richardot, Managing Partner at THENA Capital, to its Board of Directors.

The investment will support the continued scale-up of Sanome’s platform, MEMORI, across hospital systems, alongside deeper clinical validation and expanded deployment in real-world care environments. As health systems globally face mounting pressure from workforce shortages, fragmented data, and increasingly reactive care models, Sanome is addressing a critical system-level need: closing the gap between data and decision at the point of care.

MEMORI integrates directly into hospital electronic health record (EHR) systems, providing predictive insights within existing clinical workflows. This low-friction approach is designed to support earlier intervention, improve patient safety, and enable health systems to move toward more proactive, preventative models of care.

Commenting on the investment and her board appointment, Esther Reynal de St Michel Richardot, Managing Partner at THENA Capital, said:

“I am thrilled to have joined the Board of Sanome at such an exciting time. The team has just secured new investment to scale across more hospital systems, deepen their clinical validation and respond to the urgent need for more proactive care. Sanome is building exactly the kind of solution health systems need right now.”

The new funding will enable Sanome to expand MEMORI’s adoption across additional hospital systems, strengthen its clinical evidence base, and continue developing a platform that clinicians can trust and health systems can scale. The company’s focus on operational execution, clinical credibility, and system integration reflects a growing shift among investors toward technologies capable of delivering sustained, real-world impact.

“Our mission is to close the gap between data and decision in healthcare,” said the Sanome leadership team. “This investment and Esther’s appointment to our Board will help accelerate that mission as we scale a solution built for the realities of modern healthcare delivery.”
