WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal information about you such as:

  • Identity and Contact Information about you including first and last name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, postal address, LinkedIn profile (if provided) and other contact details.

  • Payment Information including your billing name, card transaction metadata, bank account and payment card details, billing address, details about payments to and from you and other details tickets you have purchased from us.

  • Technical and Usage Information including internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device ID, device identifiers and other technology on the devices you use to access our website, and information about how you interact with and use our emails, website, platform and Services (e.g. how you engage with and attend WHW).

  • Marketing and Communications Information including your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences, tracking pixels to determine marketing effectiveness etc.

  • Services Information including personal information that is required for us to provide our services, including event attendance details, photos and videos, registration details, ticket type, attendance records, disability, medication requirements (dependant), dietary and accessibility requirements and health conditions, matchmaking inputs (e.g. goals, focus areas, preferred partners), interaction history, referral activity, platform usage data, engagement metrics, referral history, content access logs.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Information such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Information could be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Technical and Usage Information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal information which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.
